Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us ("your offer"). Cancellation by You - If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Orders that cannot be canceled will be subject to our terms, conditions and policies relating to Returns and Exchanges.
7 working days - Not arrived - If the package has not arrived within 7 days we will reship and/or refund at the customers choice.
14 days - For Any Reason - We are happy to credit or exchange any unopened goods within 14 days, provided we receive the goods in original condition. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. We can not offer credit or exchange on the following types of items (for obvious reasons); DVDs, CDs, underwear, Food, perishables, Cosmetics, earrings, Sale items, ear pieces (headphones etc).
30 days - For Damaged or Defective Goods - While we make every effort to make sure we stock quality products, should you receive a faulty or damaged product we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on defective products.
After 30 days - If the product has a warranty, it is the recipient's responsibility to incur all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated on the product warranty card as specified by the manufacturer.
Postage on Returns - Refunds do not include postage and handling and will be processed within thirty working days of receipt of the goods. The product must be returned in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and contents. We recommend that you return the product via Australia post and you must pre pay all returns postage, you assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with Australia post. NeatGeek reserves the right to refuse to accept, and to return, parcels that arrive COD or have More To Pay stamped on them.
Orders will not be despatched until payment in full has been received and NeatGeek.com.au is satisfied with the integrity of the order. Orders normally arrive within 2 - 3 days but can take up to working 7 days.
International Delivery - neatgeek.com.au currently only delivers to Australia. If you are desperate to have something shipped overseas email us and I'm sure we can work it out.
Multiple Addresses - At the moment each shopping cart only gets sent to one destination (it's to confusing to do it any other way) so for multiple addresses select you products for address one and check out and repeat for any subsequent addresses.
Give us the right address - It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
Estimated Deliver Dates - We will try to provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. All dates specified are estimates only.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform NeatGeek.com.au if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with delivery service to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched within a reasonable time but according to our discretion.
